An early morning picture from Nutgrove Beach.
I can walk to this beach in about 10 minutes from where we are now. In case the 5 degree mornings don't stop you, the council advises that swimming is to be avoided because of poor water quality! Too many boats.

Two things about Aussie rules.
Although no other nation plays Australian Rules, the organisation still picks an All-Australian team, that never plays as a team. However, if Vanuatu ever has a national Aust. Rules teams, we're ready.
Also, at AFL matches, you only need to know one National Anthem. Speeds up the opening ceremony at matches.

Beyond The Neck
We went to the theatre last night. Peacock Theatre at the Salamanca Arts Centre. The play was "Beyond the Neck" by Tom Holloway. It uses Port Arthur and the massacre of 1996 to explore people's reactions to loss and tragedy.
A strong cast with Ron Hadrick as the Old Man.
Clever writing and a good direction. A very good experience.
And we had fish and chips beforehand at The Fish Bowl. Blue Grenadier. Almost right.
